These terms govern your use of CashBox (playcashbox.com). By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. This is a starter version. Please review with your legal counsel before launch.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to take part in games of skill and chance in your location. You confirm your age when you sign up. We may request identity verification (KYC) at any time and may suspend accounts that fail it.
2. Your account
Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, attempt fraud or abuse the platform.
3. How CashBox works
You acquire a CashBox from another player, it splits into two CashBoxes of equal value and you convert CashBoxes into tickets. Tickets are play credit used to enter instant raffles and the Cash Jackpot. Tickets have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
4. Payments
CashBox purchases and ticket purchases are made directly between users (or between you and a verified vendor), with proof of payment confirmed in-app. CashBox does not hold your purchase funds. Vendors pay the platform in USDT for membership and stock.
5. Winnings & withdrawals
Cash prizes are credited to your in-app Winnings wallet. You may request a withdrawal in USDT (crypto) once you reach the minimum withdrawal amount and have added a valid wallet address. Physical and digital prizes are claimed and fulfilled separately. We may withhold payouts pending verification or investigation of suspected fraud.
6. Fair play
Raffle outcomes are verifiably fair (a published server-seed commitment). Any attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit bugs, use multiple accounts or launder funds will result in suspension and forfeiture.
7. Liability & changes
CashBox is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
